Objective: A stronger role for the EU in countering cybersecurity threats, in particular by:

Measure 28(1) - Reinforcing EU Cybersecurity Agency (ENISA)
28.1) Reinforcing the EU agency for cybersecurity (ENISA) in order to further protect individuals, organisations and institutions against cybersecurity breaches and the use of artificial intelligence for criminal purposes. Data privacy and protection of personal data should, at the same time, be safeguarded;

Measure 28(2) - Coordinating National Cybersecurity Authorities
28.2) Enhancing the coordination of national cybersecurity authorities and making additional efforts in ensuring that EU-level rules are well implemented at national level.
